Position 1 Requirements:

- At least three years of experience on an IT help desk
- Native-speaker of or fluent in Japanese
- Reading and writing proficiency in English
- Can handle Windows and Office support issues, and perform Active Directory account management
- Support experience with Google Apps is a plus
- Must have experience with ticketing systems


Position 2 Requirements:

- We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience working on an IT helpdesk.
- It is not necessary to be Japanese, but fluency is required.
- Can handle Windows and Office support issues, and perform Active Directory account management
- Experience in writing manuals
- Experience in software distribution using SCCM servers is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems
