An IT company is looking for an Engineer to join their Tokyo based team. Candidate must be comfortable working with global teams by phone, email, in-person and in group meetings. This company has strong partnerships with companies in Asia and works to improve global IT standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- IT HelpDesk (Troubleshooting / Change Requests)
- Network related support (Troubleshooting / Change Requests)
- IT Project related work (From Network & Infrastructure design to implementation)
- Presales work (From Network & Infrastructure design to equipment selection and presentation to customers)
- Regular visits to certain customers for support / project work
- Communication with IT HQ team (Problem Escalation, Change Requests, Project Work)

Required Skills & Experiences
- IT Support operation experience (Min. 3 to 4yrs.)
- Certified for Windows Server / PC (At least MCSA, or equivalent)
- Network Skills & Knowledge (CCNP, or equivalent)
- IT Infrastructure (Server & Network) Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience (2 to 3yrs.)
- Good communication with users
- Being able to lead in Planning, Explaining, and Executing improvements for user IT environment
- Language: English – Business level, Japanese – Native level
