A leading company in the call center industry is now looking for a leader for their operation team! You will be responsible for the management of the call center, handling matters such as staff training, updating of training manual, supporting escalated issues from the team, service quality control and team management. As pre-job training would be conducted, those with no experience in the field are welcomed to apply!

- Customer-oriented and keen to help customers with their enquiries
- Leadership and management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in the field is not necessary but would be beneficial to have
- Fluent (both speaking and writing) in either of the following: English, Korean, Chinese (Simplified/ Traditional)
